Dream Gill and Three Digest Court granted bail after dispute with Prithvi Shaw

Dream Gill’s counsel claimed in the court that the claims made against Gill are completely fabricated and based on falsehoods. At the same time, Gill’s lawyer argued in the court that the allegations in the primary are fabricated and without any basis and the case of Shanka Gill is coming to the fore. On behalf of the police, public prosecutor Atiya Sheikh opposed the bail pleas, saying that the investigation in this case has not been completed yet. He had chastised Shaw for making the decision, as he refused to side with those selected. In such a situation, there was also a fear that those people could have killed Prithvi Shaw as well.

A total of 8 people were cordoned off by the Oshiwara police and a case was registered against Main Circle under almost different sections of the IPC.
