After spending about 26 days in Arthur Road Jail, he was granted bail by the Bombay High Court on 28 October and came out of jail on 30 October after his lawyers completed the formalities. 14 conditions were imposed in his bail order. One of them was that they have to mark their attendance at the NCB office every Friday between 11 am and 2 pm.
