Rajdhani College principal Dr Rajesh Giri said that they have sent Google forms to the students to get their parents’ consent. The form requires them to fill in details regarding their vaccination status, mode of transport, etc.

“If they have not received a single dose of the coronavirus vaccine, we will take them to the nearby Shivaji College, where the vaccines are being administered. There are sanitizing machines inside the college and we also have gloves and masks for the students, whose Maybe we have forgotten them. We are fully prepared and have formed a task force to reopen the college.”

Srivastava said that he would give preference to those students who have received both the doses but those taking the first dose will be allowed. But there will be no entry for those who have not yet been vaccinated, she said.

In an order issued last week regarding the phased reopening, the university said physical attendance of students may be optional and will have to be decided.
