Duo Made Ramen Noodles in Pickup Truck, Gave It to the Homeless Internet Says “Stage”

Getting fresh and sufficient food to satisfy our hunger every day is something we should be thankful for. There are many people in this world who struggle to make ends meet and cannot even afford two meals a day. Feeding the homeless is a good deed that should be encouraged and we often come across videos where people display the sweet gesture. Recently one such video surfaced on the internet in which two men prepare ramen noodles on the back of a truck and give it to the needy people. The act attracted the attention of many, but for all the wrong reasons, as people suspected it was scripted.

In a clip uploaded to Twitter, a man and a woman first cover the cargo bed of a pickup truck with a sheet, then fill it with water and dump the raw material. Chicken Ramen Noodles. They then add some vegetables, seasoning, butter, parsley flakes and minced onions to the ramen. After this, the woman put her feet in two plastic bags and jumped inside the truck to add the noodles.

The two then set out to find someone to feed them noodles and spot a homeless man on the side of the road. They ask him if he was hungry before offering the ramen. The man appears confused about the noodles at first, but then uses a bowl to retrieve the noodles from the back of the truck. In the end both also give some money to that person.

The caption read, “An extremely lame thing to stage”.

The video has garnered over four million views on the platform and several reactions.

“Horrible acting, and too much parsley,” read one comment.

One person wrote, “I finished when I saw her standing in it, I’m no good.”

Some people pointed out that the preparation of the noodles was quite unhygienic.

One user wrote, “This woman put bags on her feet, stepped on the ground and then walked into the truck, making it worse than ever.”

“He put the garbage bag on his feet and stepped on the ground and then in the food???” read a comment.

Another person said, “Imagine going so far that everyone thinks you’re a good person”.
