Colombia’s Ambassador to India Mariana Pacheco said on October 9 that her country wants to get vaccines from India for the refugee population in the country. “In the meantime, we get technology transfer and we can conclude deals with pharma companies in India to produce the vaccine in Colombia. We look forward to getting vaccines from India, especially for the refugee population in Colombia ,” Pacheco told ANI. This comes after India’s announcement that it will resume exporting COVID-19 vaccines to the world.
