PM Modi also addressed three rallies in Gujarat on Sunday and held a meeting with prominent leaders of the state in Gandhinagar. The meeting took place at ‘Shri Kamalam’, the state headquarters of the BJP in Gandhinagar. Modi reached the party office around 6.30 pm after wrapping up his day-long campaign in the Saurashtra region. “After a long day of campaigning, it is very energizing to be among fellow workers in Kamalam!” he tweeted.

Meanwhile, in Gujarat, a group of people raised slogans in support of Modi during Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s roadshow on Sunday. AAP is contesting all 182 seats in Gujarat for the first time in the elections to be held next month.

Polling for the 182-member Gujarat Assembly will be held in two phases, one on December 5 and the counting of votes will take place on December 8.
