Elon Musk trolls critics predicting the end of Twitter, says

New Delhi: Taking an apparent dig at critics predicting the end of Twitter after Elon Musk acquired the microblogging site following mass resignations and layoffs, the tech billionaire has shared a new troll post.

“Didn’t Twitter have to die by now or something?” Elon Musk tweeted.

Meanwhile, Musk has taken a step back from paying $8 to get a blue tick on the microblogging site. Twitter Blue was supposed to return later this week, the billionaire owner said in a tweet earlier Saturday. Twitter shut down its recently announced $8 Blue Check subscription service on November 11, due to an increase in the number of fake accounts.

Twitter delayed the roll out of its much-anticipated Blue subscription service with an $8 verification tag following the US midterm elections.

The new Twitter Blue service comes with fewer ads, search priority, the ability to post longer videos, and a blue badge.
