Elon Musk on Tuesday changed his profile bio from ‘Twitter Complaint Hotline Operator’ to Chief Tweet as he celebrated Halloween with his mother. With requests to change Twitter, Musk decided to change his profile to 112.7 million followers. This is the second time in five days that Musk has changed his Twitter bio. Netizens are finding it funny and some are even comparing it to the situation a while back when he was going back and forth on his decision to buy Twitter.

Musk’s Twitter bio changes again

Elon Musk has not only changed his Twitter bio, but he has also updated his profile picture. Now, one can see that a child version of Musk is seen holding a phone in the profile picture. The bio reads ‘Twitter complaint hotline operator’, which is somewhat in line with his picture. Earlier this week, Musk arrived at Twitter HQ carrying a sink, and documented the incident on Twitter, saying, “Entering Twitter HQ – let him drown!” And also updated his Twitter description to ‘Chief Tweet’.

Musk answered people’s questions on Twitter

After taking over Twitter’s operations, Musk was showered with questions. One of the most prominent rules and regulations has been to get a blue tick on the site. This would mean that the user’s profile or account is verified. Famous American author Stephen King told Musk that $20 is too much to get a blue badge on Twitter. “$20 a month to keep my blue check? F*** that, they should pay me. If it gets established, I’m gone like Enron,” he posted.

Musk replied, “We need to pay the bills somehow! Twitter can’t completely trust advertisers. What about $8?” The new Twitter CEO further said that he would explain the logic in a longer form before implementing it. “It’s the only way to defeat bots and trolls,” he noted.

Musk also asked his followers to follow Joel Roth, the head of security and integrity at the micro-blogging platform, “for the most accurate understanding of what’s going on with trust and security on Twitter”. He also told a follower that Twitter will soon wipe out all inactive accounts, possibly if they have been inactive for more than a year. On disbanding the Twitter board, Musk said: “It’s just temporary.”
