Kohli clearly couldn’t believe his luck and was seen with a strange smile after his dismissal, even as Potts wildly celebrated the huge skull he had just claimed. Kohli looked steady at the crease even as wickets fell all around him but could only manage 11 runs before he was clean bowled by the England pacer.

His unbeaten 31 helped India take the 400-run mark above the mark.

Bumrah has been captaining India in the match as Rohit Sharma was ruled out of COVID-19.
India came into the match with a 2-1 lead in the series from last year. The fifth Test was postponed due to the outbreak of COVID-19 in the Indian camp.
