Equitas Small Finance Bank said on Friday group QIP (Qualified Institutional Placement) issue price approved 53.59 (including premium of Rs 43.59 per equity share).
The issue price takes into account a discount of 4.98% on the lowest price 56.40 per equity share.
The Board has also approved the confirmation of allotment note to be sent to the eligible institutional buyers and intimation of allotment of shares to them in accordance with the issue.
Equitas Small Finance Bank shares closed down 0.47% on Friday 53.50 each on NSE.
