Around 16,000 people visited the virtual stamp exhibition organized by Department of Posts, Tamil Nadu Circle at www.tndigipex2022.com. The department has decided to allow visitors to view the digital exhibition for a month.
The four-day state level postage stamp collection, TN-Digipex, was organized in association with the Postal Stamp Association of South India on the theme “India’s Rich Cultural Heritage”. A special cover on “Doyans of Philately” and the supporting pack was released in the closing ceremony on Monday. Seventy prizes were presented for the best frames and exhibits. A total of 289 frames were displayed. The winners of the painting competition were awarded with prizes.
