Experience the perfect blend of local and contemporary at Corby’s, Hyatt Centric Chandigarh

We all look forward to spending quality time with our friends and family. And one of the best ways to do that is to have a great meal with them. While there are so many places to eat, there is something about fine dining that makes our dining experience a truly memorable one. From the sumptuous ambiance, the delectable food to the impeccable service – it captivates all our senses as soon as you step into it. And that’s why we never miss a chance to visit here. So, if you want to head to a fine dining restaurant and give that perfect experience to your loved ones, then you must try Corby’s at Hyatt Centric Chandigarh.

The recently opened Hyatt Centric is located in the heart of the city – Sector 17. This prime location provides a launchpad for leisure and business guests to explore popular hotspots around the city. The hotel’s multi-cuisine restaurant, Corby’s, is perfect for guests to enjoy a wide variety of local and international cuisine. The restaurant takes its name from the French architect, Le Corbusier, who designed the city. It celebrates his design philosophy against the vibrant bold culture of Punjab. This unique blend of local and contemporary is reflected not only in their interiors but also in their food menu. It offers a wide range of delectable dishes like Pizza, Dal Mahkhani, Pan-Seared Soul, Malerkotla Murg Tikka and more.

We started our meal with their classic non-vegetarian kebab thali, which consists of delicious Malerkotla Murgh Tikka, Ajwain Fish Tikka, Mutton Seek and Chicken Momos served with mint chutney. While they were all delicious, the chicken momos stood out for us. Super soft, juicy and delicious – they were hard to resist! Next, we had Vegetable Spring Rolls served with a sweet and spicy sauce, with a crunchy and crunchy outer crust and tenderness on the inside.

For mains, we had Spicy Pulled Chicken Pizza and Spaghetti Bolognese. While the pizza’s spice level was a bit low for our liking, what really caught our attention was that they were completely gluten-free. For the base, they have options for citrus, amaranth, and quinoa. We chose Amaranth Base and absolutely loved it! The Spaghetti Bolognese was extremely tasty and nutritious.

Next, we tried a few dishes from the Punjabi Connect section in their menu. We were served Ghee Podi Naan, Lachha Paratha and Missi Roti with Paneer Makhanwala, Attari Murgh and Handi Mutton. From their extensive Punjabi section, we recommend you try the Atari Murgh, Paneer Makhanwala and Ghee Podi Naan. We wrapped the meal with their Flourless 70% Callebaut Chocolate Cake and it really impressed us. The best part was that it was sugar-free and tasted just as good as a normal chocolate cake.
