That rolling bomb on its way to the Vatican and the Tiber reminds me of a bouncing boulder the raiders of the lost ark and from the fugitive globe pink panther, The bomb in the truck (not the bus, and there’s no Keanu Reeves anyway, busy because he’s at the high table, to prevent it) has two stand-out stunts in a rush of jaw-dropping.

Director: louis leterrier

mould: Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Jason Statham, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Jason Momoa, John Cena, Jordana Brewster, Nathalie Emmanuel, Sung Kang, Brie Larson, Helen Mirren, Charlize Theron

Story Line: Dom’s past in different colors comes calling again, to exact a special brand of revenge.

Running Time: 141 minutes

There’s Dom (Vin Diesel) doing a somersault on said truck and there’s also his wife, Letty, (Michelle Rodriguez) who’s on her bike vaulting over the oncoming vehicle pivoting on her heels. After those two eyeball-scorchers, everything else felt a little blah blah blah… to quote our favorite bloodthirsty count.

after the 2011 retcon fast Five Seen from the perspective of drug lord Hernan Reyes and his son Dante (Jason Momoa), we are in present-day Los Angeles where Dom is breaking bread with Letty and his son Brian (Leo Abello Perry). Abuelita Toretto (Rita Moreno) and extended family, Roman (Tyreese Gibson), Tej (Ludacris), Ramsey (Nathalie Emmanuel) and Han (Sung Kang).

Roman is excited about leading a mission in Rome in a gold Lamborghini. They realize too late that they are done and everything and everyone goes south. Dom and his crew are blamed for a bomb in Rome and have to go down. Tess (Brie Larson), Mr. Nobody’s daughter, is convinced of the gang’s innocence, but has a hard time convincing the new boss of Mr. Nobody’s secret agency, Ames (Alan Richson).

Roman, Tej, Ramsey and Han manage to get out of Rome and into London. When his bid to be reinstated brings the executives down like a ton of bricks, it’s time for yet another bald and handsome expert, Shaw (Jason Statham), to step in.

Dante, who is behind all the manic mayhem unleashed on the group to avenge his father’s death and the bankruptcy of his family, goes after Dom’s son and it turns out to be his (Dom’s) sister, Mia (Jordan Brewster). and brother Jacob (John Cena). ) to step into the breach. Cyber terrorist Cipher (Charlize Theron) is there to help or hinder the Torettos’ efforts, with another smart haircut, while Queenie, (Helen Mirren) Shaw’s mother, makes royal announcements as she reveals her carnelian nails. pats Dom on his broad shoulders.

Even giving the stars 10 minutes each, and some time for adrenaline-fuelled stunts equals a film that’s noticeably longer. All arcs have to go somewhere in order to conclude in the last episode or two. Some of the things we liked about the franchise included the monster motors, obscure teen jousting (when we were younger and more confused) and a spot of street racing.

Momoa is a hoot with her purple nails and the car (I love the color) and flowing silhouette. Diesel keeps on growing bigger and bigger with soft doggy eyes. Richeson manages to flex his biceps, while deadpanning lines like “the blow back would be existential” and “if they could defy God and gravity, they’d do it twice”… hoo hoo! That mid-credits scene incidentally proves that there are no forever friends or foes in tinsel town.
