Victim Sudhir Rajput Accused Roshan had stabbed him to death Lohana Which was arrested by the Crime Branch and handed over to Harni police.
Police said there was a dispute with Lohana Khemchando Khemchandani, who sells pani puri for livelihood. Lohana ate some pani puri but refused to pay which angered Khemchand. Khemchand’s friend Govind Bharwad He also slapped Lohana. Police reached the spot and took Lohana to Harni police station.
But Khemchand and Lohana later settled the matter amicably and no complaint was lodged with the police. Lohana was trembling with anger after being slapped by Bharwad. He went home, took the knife and went to Bharwad’s house. Bharwad was not present on the spot but Lohana found Rajput there. The accused assumed that Rajput was Bharwad’s accomplice and stabbed him several times with a knife.
Rajput was taken to the hospital for treatment but he died. Police started a search for 20-year-old Lohana and nabbed her from the city. Crime branch officials said that Lohana has cases of robbery registered against him and locals say that he often threatens the people of the area.
