Union Home Minister Amit Shah will reach Assam on Monday evening. There will be discussion on the formation of government in Tripura and a final decision is expected to be taken on this. Amit Shah will attend the swearing-in ceremony in Nagaland and Meghalaya on Tuesday.

Assam’s Sharan Himanta Vishwa Sharma arrives at Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s official residence in Delhi on Sunday to discuss government formation in Tripura and Nagaland. The source said that Nagaland’s Akarshan Rio was also present in the meeting.
Sources said that the draft of the cabinet and government formation were discussed in this meeting.
Himanta Vishwa Sarma tweeted after meeting Amit Shah that, Nagaland Chief Minister met Rio along with Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP National President JP Nadda. The meeting was to eke out for their support during the Nagaland Assembly elections. Both were invited to the swearing-in ceremony on March 7.
