scheduled tribe. According to a Joseph County, Ind. probable cause affidavit, a man has been charged with robbery after allegedly robbing the South Bend Bank using a toy gun.

On October 25, South Bend police officers were called to First Source Bank on Western Avenue to report an armed robbery.

When the police reached the bank, they were told that a person had come to the bank and gave the note to a teller.

The man was described as a light-skinned black male wearing a brown beanie, black pants, a blue surgical mask and a black wig.

The report said the man was seen walking north on Lombardy Drive after taking money from the bank.

Surveillance also captured a video of the die pack bursting on the man.

Nearby patrol officers found a man in an apartment complex with a black wig and beanie wearing clothes matching the suspect’s description and described by witnesses, the report said.

The man has been identified as Keith Kelly.

Probable Cause According to the affidavit, Kelly was patted on the back and $4,374 worth of colored currency was found in his pocket.

His clothes were also seen dyed on him.

Officers also found a torn piece of paper in the parking lot where Kelly was found, and when put back together, the paper read, “This is a robbery and I have a gun. Empty the drawer”.

The report said Kelly had a toy gun.

According to reports, the bank teller identified Kelly as the person who gave her the note and robbed the bank.
