Flipkart’s SuperCoin customers come from T2 and T3 regions in India

Flipkart has seen tremendous growth over the past year across categories thanks to its SuperCoin reward program. With a multi-brand rewards ecosystem that rewards consumers and enables them to redeem coins on every single purchase across Flipkart, Myntra, Cleartrip and PhonePe, around 1.5 billion SuperCoins are issued every month today.

SuperCoins can be redeemed when purchasing any product from participating sellers on Flipkart and accessing the Rewards Store, buying the latest fashion styles on Myntra, booking travel on Cleartrip, or paying through PhonePe at thousands of select merchants, among other options can go.

58% of today’s SuperCoin customers come from the T2 and T3 regions in India, coupled with the intention to make loyalty rewards accessible to the larger Indian population. 50% of these prizes are claimed in categories such as home goods, grooming accessories, menswear, food & nutrition, makeup & fragrances, healthcare, baby care, fashion wearables and women’s westernwear.

Flipkart has strengthened this program with partnerships with participating retail outlets where these rewards can be redeemed.

We have seen a significant improvement in redemption metrics since the introduction of SuperCoins.”
