Hyderabad:

Four members of the same family, including two children, died after electrocution struck their house in Telangana’s Kamareddy district on Tuesday. Kamareddy district superintendent of police B Srinivas Reddy said the victims included a 38-year-old man, his 35-year-old wife and their two children aged six and four.

Police said the incident took place around 1.30 pm when the woman was drying clothes on an iron wire mounted on the wall of her house, which came in contact with an open electrical fuse (box), which resulted in the woman being electrocuted initially. Gone.

Police said the woman’s husband also tried to save her and their children who went towards her also died due to electrocution.

The bodies were taken to the government hospital. Case was registered.
