Fuel prices hit an all-time high as petrol, diesel prices hike for third consecutive day

Fuel prices were at an all-time high on Saturday as petrol and diesel prices continued to rise for the third consecutive day across the country. Petrol and diesel prices in Delhi increased by Rs 0.35 to Rs 105.49 and Rs 94.22 per liter respectively.

Petrol and diesel prices were increased by Rs 0.35 in the national capital for the third consecutive day. Petrol price in Mumbai increased by Rs 0.34 to Rs 111.43 while that of diesel increased by Rs 0.37 to Rs 102.15.

In Kolkata, West Bengal, the price of petrol and diesel has gone up to Rs 106.10 per liter and Rs 97.33 per liter respectively. The price of petrol and diesel in Chennai is Rs 102.70 per liter and Rs 98.59 per liter respectively.

Oil companies started raising auto fuel prices a week ago. The break in prices on October 12 and 13 came after seven days of continuous rise. Today, after two days of stagnation, the prices were increased for the third consecutive day.
