Producer of upcoming period film Gandhi Godse – a war On Tuesday, the first look of lead actors Deepak Antani and Chinmay Mandlekar as Mahatma Gandhi and Nathuram Godse was revealed.
Renowned filmmaker Rajkumar Santoshi is returning to the big screen with a feature film, which is slated to hit the theaters on January 26, 2023.
Reliance Entertainment released a poster and a teaser of the film on their social media pages.
Written and directed by Santoshi, Gandhi Godse – a war A press release states that the war between two diametrically opposite ideologies, Mahatma Gandhi and Nathuram Godse, is depicted.
The project is backed by Santoshi Productions LLP and PVR Pictures. The music is given by renowned composer AR Rahman with sound design by Resul Pookutty.
Santoshi’s last directorial venture was helmed by Shahid Kapoor The Poster was torn and the Hero emerged (2013).
