First, grate the khoya and add sugar and cardamom powder to it. Divide the mixture into small equal sized rounds. After this, blanch the almonds and pistachios. Peel off both of them and chop them finely. Fill each circle with a pinch of dry fruits. Pour the stuffed roundel into a mold shaped like a modak and set the shape. Take out and garnish with pistachios and saffron strands. Pistachio Modak is ready!
