The firm, which has five large main vessels with a combined capacity of 29,500 metric tons and over 350 bitumen tankers, is a leading partner in the bitumen market in India. To supply bulk LPG across India, AICL now has over 300 LPG tankers apart from authorized Ashok Leyland workshop and maintenance facilities. Viscosity Grade Bitumen, Industry Grade Bitumen, Modified Bitumen (CRMB/PMB), Bitucoat, Bituplast, Bitupremer, Bitumen Emulsion, Bitumen Paints, and Bitumen Emulsion Materials are among the bituminous products offered by the firm.

For the purpose of dividend, the Company in a regulatory filing today said that “With reference to SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby furnish the details of the period of closure of the books as under: Period commencing from September 24, 2022 to September 30, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purposes of payment of dividend @ 2 per equity share of face value 10 for the financial year 2021-22, if announced by the members of the company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) and for the purposes of e-voting at the 28th AGM to be held on September 30, 2022. The cut-off date for both is September 23, 2022.”

Today’s closing price of shares of Agarwal Industrial Corporation Limited is Rs. 663.50 per share, up 4.56% from the previous close of Rs. 634.55. The stock had a total transaction volume of 128,584 shares today, which translated into a trading value of 852.05 lakhs. The stock has gained 9.94% during the last five years, and in the last year, it has generated a multibagger return of 108.19%. The stock has climbed 64.56 per cent (YTD) so far in 2022 and is up 38.95% in the past six months. The stock has appreciated by 19.09% in the past month and 8.02% in the last five trading sessions. On NSE, the stock had touched a 52-week high 52-week low of 730.95 on (28-Apr-2022) and 282.10 (21-Sep-2021) indicates that the stock is trading up 9.22% from the high and 135.20% above the low at the current market price.
