GATE 2023 result next week at gate.iitk.ac.in, scorecard on March 21

Indian Institute technology (IIT) Kanpur is all set to announce the result of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2023 in the upcoming week. As per the exam schedule, GATE 2023 result will be declared on March 16. Candidates will be able to check the result by logging in to the official exam portal- gate.iitk.ac.in. Applicants have to wait till March 21 to download their individual scorecards. The provisional answer keys of GATE 2023 question paper and responses of the candidates have already been released. The final version of the answer key is likely to be published along with the result.

GATE 2023 Result: How to check

Step 1: After the result is declared, visit the official portal, gate.iitk.ac.in.

Step 2: On the login page, fill your credentials and other details.

Step 3: Once logged in, you will see the option to check your result on the dashboard.

Step 4: Check it thoroughly and download your result.

Step 5: Take a printout of the result page for future reference.

GATE 2023 Computer Based Test was conducted on February 4, 5, 11 and 12. The cut-off marks for all the 29 papers of GATE will be released after the result is declared. The cut-off score will be determined on the basis of cumulative marks obtained by the candidates, total number of candidates and availability of seats. Two types of cut-offs for GATE 2023- qualifying and admission cut-off are expected to be released.

GATE is an entrance exam conducted for various undergraduate disciplines in Architecture, Arts, Commerce, Engineering & Technology and Science. Institutions use the test for admission and/or financial aid to master’s and doctoral programs. Many public sector universities use GATE score in their recruitment processes.

Organized by IIT-Kanput, GATE 2023 was conducted by Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore and six other IITs. Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee. The exam is conducted by the National Coordination Board – GATE, which comes under the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.
