Interior designer Gauri Khan has broken the social media gap to announce her new project. Gauri, who is married to Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, announced her collaboration with famous designer duo Falguni Shane Peacock on Instagram in her first social media post since her son Aryan Khan’s arrest in a drug-on-cruise case in October.
Gauri and her team will design a new store for Falguni Shane Peacock in Hyderabad. Sharing a glimpse of their meetings at Falguni and Shane’s new store, Gauri wrote, “A collaboration where design meets fashion with dream team @falgunipeacock @shanepeacock @tanaaz for the new @falgunishanepeacockindia store in Hyderabad. New design, new city, same team… Very excited to continue this alliance. Can’t wait to share more details!”
Shah Rukh Khan’s fans were excited to see Gauri’s post and the video was flooded with adorable comments. One fan wrote, “Welcome back, Queen.” Another said, “I’m so glad you’re back. And today you shared a new post. I’m so happy for your family. I hope you’re always happy and healthy.”
Both Gauri and Shah Rukh have stayed away from the low profile and media glare ever since the arrest of their son Aryan. Where Shah Rukh once made public appearances during Aryan’s stay in jail, when he went to Arthur Road Jail to meet his 24-year-old son, Gauri has completely avoided any public outings. Aryan is currently out on bail.
Gauri’s post comes hours after Shah Rukh’s picture from an event went viral on social media. The actor recently made a virtual appearance at an event. In the latest look, he looked too bold.
On the film front, Shah Rukh is reportedly all set to resume shooting for YRF’s Pathan after it was put on hold in October due to Aryan’s legal battle. The film also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in lead roles.
