Genelia D’Souza gives a glimpse of her diet and we are shocked and happy

Genelia D’Souza is on a fitness journey where she has decided to eat healthy and workout every day! The actress wanted to take her 10.2 million followers along with her adventures, showing how she, an actress, faces the same problems as we do. From struggling to get out of bed to working out in the morning to hating going to the gym, we can’t seem to relate to Genelia’s fitness woes. Now, she even revealed what her diet looks like! The vegetarian actress shared what she is eating and what we were shocked to see on her plate! to keep track:

In the video, she boils a piece of green vegetable, seasons it with oregano, and eats it using a fork and knife in despair. The food was so small that it was barely visible on his white plate! Don’t worry, this is not what Genelia eats in her diet. Just showing her humorous side, she uploaded this video to Instagram to mock the myth that people almost don’t eat food. Along with the video, she adds a caption giving her fans an update on the second week of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Read it below:

Week 2- And our nutrition plan is set, it’s a lot less than what I normally eat, but I also feel like eating should have its own discipline which I lost along the way. I feel, now, that I eat as much as I should and know that when it’s time to party, I’ll have my share of bingeing and, hopefully, without guilt. So until then, I’d like to say “my diet is defined by my goals”.
