The Royal Brewery Bistro serves beers inspired by the finest flavors of the region and made from the best local and international ingredients. The hotel’s brewmaster Nishant Grover revealed that the brewing process consists of three to four steps and it takes around 20 to 30 days to manufacture a batch of the flavour-infused brew beer.
