Get rid of your lower body and back problems with nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar

There is almost no time left for any physical activity because of working at the desk for long hours. Due to this factor, many people suffer from back and lower body problems. These problems can be seriously harmful to health if not treated on time, but there is nothing to worry about. Nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar is here to solve all your lower body and back problems.

Rujuta has uploaded a video on her Instagram account. She starts the video saying that if we are working from home and we feel that our ankles are swollen, back is feeling stiff and knees are creaking, then there is a very simple solution. She recommends that for every 30 minutes of sitting, we should stand for at least 3 minutes. Then, as Rujuta points out, we should turn around and stand with our toes wide. She further tells that we should raise our toes. Rujuta then recommends standing near a wall with our toes pressed against it. Nutritionists caution that we shouldn’t drag our butts back. She ends the video by saying that this is how we can get a strong lower body and flat stomach.

Lower back pain is a problem commonly faced by adults. Some exercises should be avoided and regular rest should be done to get rid of it.

toe should be left touching

While it may be a good idea to press your toes against the wall, the practice of toe-touching is not. Doing this exercise puts more emphasis on the ligaments and spinal discs of our body. This can increase sciatica. Sciatica refers to pain that radiates along the path of the sciatic nerve. It affects one side of the body.

Fractional Crunches Might Be a Good Idea

A partial abdominal crunch may be a good idea to build strength in the lower abdomen and associated abdominal muscles. These crunches are considered an ideal exercise for people suffering from spondylosis. Spondylosis is the term used to describe pain from degenerative conditions of the spine.
