Maxwell said, “I don’t believe it’s real for a second. It’s a fake… There’s never been an original and there’s no further picture. I’ve only seen a photocopy of it.” Guardian,

The interview was conducted in August and its clip has been released by Talk TV, which will air it on Monday’s Jeremy Kyle live show.

Giuffre has sued Prince Andrew in a US court, claiming he was trafficked by Epstein and Maxwell. She also claims they had sex in London when she was 17 and a minor under US law.

Prince Andrew has denied these allegations and continues to do so. He has not been criminally charged but has stepped back from royal duties. Prince Andrew was also stripped of his military titles after publicly criticizing the $16.3 million settlement.

He had paid the money to settle a civil sexual assault case with Ms. Giuffre.

The photograph which has been used as a key claim against Andrew shows him with his arm around Giuffre’s waist and Maxwell standing next to them.

in an interview with BBC In 2019, Andrew questioned the authenticity of the photo, claiming that he had never met Giuffre. Andrew also claimed that the photo could not have been taken in London because he was in his traveling clothes.

Andrew told the BBC at the time, “It’s a picture of a picture of a picture … nobody can prove whether that picture has been tampered with or not.”
