First, put wheat flour, salt, ghee in a bowl and knead the dough with warm water. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Till then prepare the filling. After this cut the beetroot in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and red chili to it. Mix all these well. Now make a ball of dough and roll it, fill the amount of beetroot filling in the middle and close the dough. Now roll it again and bake it on the pan. Once brown and crisp, serve it and enjoy!
