Symbiosis Technologies, Visakhapatnamhas announced the production of a full-length global animation Thin layer‘Noah’s Ark’ will be produced at its animation studio, which was recently set up at its facility in the IT Park in Rushikonda.

Produced at a cost of US$6 million, the film will be produced by Symbiosis Technologies with co-producers from the US and Brazil. O Naresh Kumar, CEO of Symbiosis, said that the film is planned for a global release during 2023.

Noah’s ark plot

Pre-production work has started in Brazil. The film takes inspiration from the biblical story when the world was flooded with nonstop rain and God allowed all beings to take refuge in Noah’s ark to escape the flood and to start a new world with only these survivors. For. The film shows the positive side of survival and adventure during tough times, with a humorous existence in the ark.

A 200 kW solar power plant has already been installed at Rushikonda IT Park to attract the energy required for making the film. “This is the first time, an entire film is being produced on green energy. Already 20 distributors in 20 different countries have expressed serious interest to buy the film for broadcast in their countries”, says Mr. Naresh.

The high-end computers, each costing around ₹12 lakh, were purchased from Dell, and a lot of VFX and SFX, water simulation, recreating an entire ocean and storm will be done in the animation studio.

A new VFX Live Lab, a Dubbing Studio, a Film Lab, along with Editing and DI Facility have been set up in Visakhapatnam to promote short films and ad shoots. Interested producers, artists and music lovers can avail these facilities at IT Park, Rushikonda. Mr Naresh added.
