Goa assembly elections: Petrol, diesel and gas cylinders in BJP manifesto

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has made 22 promises in its manifesto for the upcoming Goa Assembly elections, including keeping state duties on petrol and diesel stable for three years.

The party has also promised three free gas cylinders, housing for all, to every household in a year.

It also said that each gram panchayat and municipality would be given funds to boost infrastructure and improve living conditions, making Goa “an ideal tourist destination, a football destination”.

The party said resolution boxes were sent across the state to incorporate grassroots suggestions in the ‘people-centric’ manifesto, where people presented their feedback and expectations.

Assembly elections will be held in Goa on February 14. Counting of votes will take place on March 10.
