According to the makers of the film, Godfather has crossed the Rs 100 crore mark worldwide within the first five days of its release. Director Mohan shared an update on social media about the same. The story of the film is quite entertaining as it revolves around the power struggle in a political party soon after the death of the Chief Minister of the state. While the chief minister’s daughter (Nayanthara) is not interested, her son-in-law (Satya Dev), and a few others in the party are at the center of power grabbing.
Brahma (Chiranjeevi), the fallen giant’s trusted man, is drawn into suspicious cases and is eager to keep the greedy shark away.
