Gordon Ramsay Criticized for His 1,800-Dish London Restaurant – Here’s Why

However, now, it appears that he has become the target of such criticism, with a dish at one of his restaurants creating quite a stir online. It all started a few days ago when Ramsay shared a video of the dish – Arnold Bennett soufflé – from his London restaurant, Savoy Grill, which he took over in 2003.

He captioned the post, “A Savoy Grill Signature. Arnold Bennett Souffle with Aged Cheddar Sauce.” With footage of the dish, Ramsay said, “Perfect.”

According to The Daily StarThe Arnold Bennett Souffle with Old Cheddar Sauce, priced at £18 (about Rs 1,800), has been a signature dish at London’s Savoy Grill since 2003, when it was originally added to the menu. The report said the servings were changed so that, as before, the menu had a classic smoked haddock omelet instead of soup. However, the clip that Ramsey shared on Twitter was completely different, and many of his followers were not impressed.
