Adani Transmission‘s promoter entity Fortitude Trade and Investment have sold its entire stake for about ₹2,665 crore through bulk deals.
According to data by NSE, Fortitude Trade and Investment have sold 3,39,17,200 shares at an average price of ₹786.17 amounting to ₹2,665 crore.
Meanwhile, GQG Partners have bought stake in the billionaire Gautam Adani’s company. According to data, GQG Partners have bought 2.13 crore shares at an average price of ₹786.19, thus taking the transaction to around ₹1,676 crore.
Goldman Sachs Trust II – Goldman Sachs GQG Partners International Opportunities Fund have bought 1,40,55,742 shares at ₹786.19 and GQG Partners Emerging Markets Equity Fund bought 72,59,149 shares at ₹786.19.
On 28 June, US-based boutique investment firm GQG Partners bought 1.19 crore shares of Adani Green Energy.
As per the NSE data, Goldman Sachs Trust II – Goldman Sachs GQG Partners International Opportunities Fund purchased 11.95 million equity shares in Adani Green Energy at a share price of ₹920.05 apiece. The transaction was to the tune of ₹1,099.81 crore.
However, Infinite Trade And Investment sold 46 million equity shares in Adani Green at ₹920.03 apiece — amounting to ₹4,232.13 crore.
Meanwhile, SB Adani Family Trust sold 18 million at a share price of ₹2,300 apiece in the Group’s flagship firm Adani Enterprises, aggregating to ₹4,140 crore.
Gautam Adani and his brother Rajesh hold equity shares in Adani Enterprises on behalf of SB Adani Family Trust. They are part of the promoter and promoter group.
