Angry over being fired from a Gujarat factory, a man and his associate allegedly stabbed the owner, father and uncle of an embroidery firm to death on Sunday. Police gave this information. He said that the triple murder took place at Vedanta Texo Company located in Anjani industrial area of Amroli area in Surat city. Both the documents were taken into custody by the Surat police and they are being interrogated and a special investigation team (SIT) has been formed to probe the matter, a senior police officer said.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone 5) Harshad Mehta said, “The accused and his associates came to the firm on Sunday morning and stabbed its owner, his father and uncle to death.” The deceased have been identified as Kalpesh Dholakia (36), Dhanji Dholakia (61) and Ghanshyam Rajodia (48). The Deputy Commissioner of Police said, “The incident took place after a dispute between the owner of the embroidery firm and his employees. Inquiry into the incident revealed that the factory owner had fired the man 10 days ago because he was sleeping during night duty. At that time there was a third argument between them.
Mehta said that in the CCTV footage, the owner of the company, his father and uncle could be seen being attacked several times for being a victim of Jhalakta. He said, “The whole incident is very serious and tragic. Different teams of Basar police were on the lookout to nab Junglee.” He said that an SIT has been constituted under his leadership to probe the matter.”Consolidations are being done based on the help of the forensic team and we aim to issue the chargesheet within a week. Preliminary investigation revealed that the miscreant had taken the knife online after having a dispute with the owner of the firm.”
