Talking to media persons, Naqvi said, “This time Haj pilgrimage is resuming after 2 years with more than 50,000 Indian Muslims. The COVID protocols laid down by the Saudi government are being followed. We have made RT-PCR mandatory for pilgrims. Haj has been made cheaper even without subsidy.
