  • To start with the recipe, grind the rotis in a grinder to a coarse powder. You can also make small pieces of bread. It is completely up to you.
  • Heat oil in a pan; Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chillies and ginger. Fry for a minute.
  • Once done, add the chopped potatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add salt as per taste and mix well. Then add chopped onion and cook till the onion becomes transparent. Add the roasted peanuts and mix again.
  • Next, add garam masala, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and mix. Then add the bread mixture. Mix and cover again. Sprinkle some coriander leaves on top.
