In a video uploaded by Instagram food blogger @delhi_tummy, we can see this 10 feet long dosa being made. The video begins with the seller spreading the dosa batter on the pan. After filling the batter in the tawa, he cooks it by applying oil. Once it is almost done, he pours a layer of aloo masala over the dosa. After the dosa is folded, skewers filled with sambar, chutney and additional potato masala are served. Lastly, he garnishes it with paneer.
