HCL Tech ties up with MKS Instruments for 5 years for digital, cloud services

India’s third largest software services company HCL Technologies announced a five-year digital transformation deal with US-based MKS Instruments, the company said in a regulatory filing. The partnership aims to improve performance, productivity and speed in the market. MKS Instruments is a global provider of equipment, systems, subsystems and solutions for advanced manufacturing processes.

HCL will drive digital and cloud-enabled transformation for MKS Instruments through AI/ML-led automation, end-to-end infrastructure services, digital workplace services and enhanced user experience with IT transformation.

MKS Instruments employees in approximately 60 countries will benefit from access to HCL’s vast network of global distribution centers and its wide breadth of technology solutions including state-of-the-art AI and automation infrastructure and tools.
