About Hara Bhara Kebab Recipe: How to Make Healthy Hara Bhara Kebabs

material:

  • Spinach, blanched – 250 grams
  • Green peas, blanched – 1 cup
  • Green chili – 2-3
  • Coriander and mint leaves – 100 grams
  • Large boiled sweet potatoes -2
  • Grated cheese – 100 grams
  • Chickpea flour/gram flour – 2/3 tbsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Chaat masala – 1 tbsp

method:

  • Start by blanching the spinach. Squeeze out the excess water from it and put it in the blender. Add peas, green chillies, mint and coriander leaves. Blend until you get a thick puree.
  • Now take out this puree in a bowl. Add grated sweet potato, ginger-garlic paste, gram flour and grated paneer along with the spices. Mix it well and make small balls out of it.
  • Flatten them and cook on low-medium flame in very little oil.

  • Since this is the healthiest version of the recipe – we are using sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes.
  • Instead of deep frying the kebabs, fry them lightly.
  • Avoid using bread crumbs for health purposes, but if the mixture is not holding its shape, you can add bread crumbs as a binding agent.
  • These kebabs are rich in protein and healthy for breakfast time.
