Dumplings Recipe

First of all, soak toor dal and chana dal for some time and mix some water in it. Make sure a coarse texture has been formed. Transfer this mixture in a large bowl and add coconut, curry leaves, coriander, ginger, cumin, asafoetida, chilli and salt to taste. Mix them together. Now give these pakodas a cylindrical shape and put them in a steamer-steam for about 20 minutes and then serve with spicy tomato chutney.
