First of all soak soya chunks in hot water with salt. Cover and keep aside for some time. When the soya chunks become soft and pulpy, drain off the excess water.

Once done, marinate these pieces. Take a bowl for marination, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, lemon juice and coconut oil to it. Coat all the soya chunks well.
