Key Features of NEET 2021: Last year, Soyb Aftab of Odisha and Uttar Pradesh’s Akanksha Singh tops NEET 2020 by securing full 720 marks. Those who score at least 50 percentile in NEET will be considered pass, however, candidates will be selected on the basis of merit based on counselling. After the declaration of result, counseling will be done by MCC for admission in the college.
This year, several changes were made in the medical entrance exam, including giving exams in local languages. NEET 2021 is conducted in more than 13 languages including English. The exam pattern offered internal choice to the students for the first time. It was introduced as an exemption due to COVID-19.
