Loose motion treatment at home: Diarrhea is also called loose movement, characterized by watery, loose stools (faeces). A person is said to have loose movements if they have three or more instances of loose stools in a day. Loose motions have many different causes, and they usually go away on their own within one to three days.

1. Ghee, Rice, Curd and Ghee
Eating cooked rice with curd and ghee for diarrhea is also beneficial.
2. Ginger, Sugar and Hot Water
Consuming raw natural sugar and ginger powder with warm water will help in reducing diarrhea.
3. Fennel and ginger powder
The best treatment for loose motion is to chew a mixture of fennel and ginger powder two to three times a day.
4. Banana, ghee, cardamom and nutmeg
One or two bananas mixed with ghee, a dash of cardamom and nutmeg will help bind loose stools and control diarrhea as they are high in potassium.
5. Curd, Ginger and Water
To control loose movements, mix freshly grated ginger with equal parts of water and curd.
