How to live with the Covid pandemic, explains top US expert

America’s top health expert has reiterated the importance of the COVID-19 vaccine to minimize transmission of the respiratory infection. According to Dr. Faheem Yunus, “Even if catching COVID is inevitable, delay the inevitable. Vaccines, treatments, survival will continue to improve over time”.

He has often said that people should learn to live with the Covid-19 disease and not throw caution to the wind. Apart from this, Dr. Yunus also advises people to get vaccinated or take a booster dose to avoid the high-risk condition.

“As long as we continue to be vaccinated and wearing good quality masks, we can live with this. Wearing good quality masks and having vaccinations will help prevent death and admitted to hospital,” Dr Yunus told ANI news agency.
