firstly, take a large mixing bowl, add butter milk, chopped onion, paprika powder, salt to taste and mix well.

Once done, add the chicken pieces, cover and marinate for at least 4-5 hours. This recipe needs a fair amount of time for marination.

After the chicken is marinated, sieve the butter milk. Now, take a plastic bag, put all purpose flour, garlic powder, black pepper powder and salt in it. Put the marinated pieces inside the bag and shake well.

Take a separate bowl full of beaten eggs and another bowl filled with breadcrumbs. Remove a piece of chicken from the bag, dip it into the beaten egg mixture, and then coat it with breadcrumbs.
