Chili Cheese Noodles: How To Make Chili Cheese Noodles

First boil the noodles (any noodles). Then, wash, peel and chop all the vegetables like capsicum, green onions, onions, carrots and cabbage.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste along with all the vegetables. Fry them together for 2-3 minutes. Then add tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and chili oil. Mix everything well.

Reduce the heat, add the boiled noodles and mix well with the mixture. Add grated paneer on top and cover for a minute or two. Voila, your chili cheese noodles are ready to taste.
