First, heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and cook till the onion becomes transparent. Add chopped tomatoes along with spices like cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala and salt as per taste. Cook this mixture till the tomatoes are cooked.

Grate hard boiled eggs and add to the gravy. To get the desired consistency, add water and bring the mixture to a boil well.

Add a few drops of lemon juice and some chopped coriander on top and enjoy!
