To prepare this dish, first grind green coriander, mint, green chili and gram together. After this, chop the chicken and add onion, garlic, ginger and ground paste to the curd. Add salt, coriander powder, black pepper and garam masala. Leave to marinate for 3-4 hours. Heat oil in a broad pan and add the chicken mixture- fry on high heat. Lower the heat and cook until the chicken is soft and the fat separates. If the chicken is cooked before the fat separates, then lift the pieces and keep them aside and cook the rest of the mixture till the fat separates.
