How To Make Instant Kasuri Methi – Easy Microwave Tips

We are going to give you some simple instructions on how to quickly prepare dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) at home.

During our research, we found a few ways to use the microwave to dry fresh fenugreek leaves. You can also dry fenugreek leaves in the sun. However, this takes a long time. Hence, we bring you an easy way to do the same in a microwave oven. see below.

Here are some tips for making instant kasoori methi:

Step 1: Remove the leaves from the stalks and wash them thoroughly. Keep them in a sieve to dry.

Step 2: Put the leaves in a microwave-safe bowl after the water has dried. Place the tray in the microwave, set it at maximum temperature, and roast it for 3-4 minutes.

Step 3: After this remove the tray. The leaves have dried up to some extent. Turn the leaves over and microwave for 2 minutes. Take out the tray after 2 minutes. Now let the leaves cool completely after they have dried completely.

Step 4: When the leaves cool down, make a powder by rubbing them between your hands. Kasuri fenugreek powder prepared in microwave is ready. Use an airtight container to store the powder and use it as and when required.
